Cleanup in a commercial building basement

SERVPRO was contacted to clean an abandoned building after the new owner purchased it.  The basement was dirty and molded from being closed up and not used for several years,  it also had water seeping through the walls due to cracking in the concrete.  We began by removing the contents and power washing the walls and floors.  The area was then treated with an antimicrobial to kill the mold.  Next we repaired the cracks in the concrete walls and floors with a mastic product from dry lock, and painted the walls with drylock to seal the moisture from coming into the building.  Our final step was to paint  the flooring to make the area much better looking for the new building owner.
